Recovery week 2 of 3

Last week was the lowest weekly total I have planned until after Boston. It's good to have some time off - but, I feel a little rudderless. I guess I just need to enjoy it and let my body rest.

Saturday: 4 miles
Sunday: 10 miles
Total: 30 miles
